REPETTO

Although I am most often seen in fabulous heels, when I do decide to wear flats, I go straight to my REPETTO ballet flats! I am so excited to now carry them in the store in black patent and white patent!

Repetto is  a French dance brand that uses a stitch and return technique (stitching under the sole and then turning them inside out) to achieve comfort.

A little history on the style we carry…

Rose Repetto established the company in 1947.  In 1956, Brigitte Bardot, a 1960’s icon, was training to be a ballerina.  She asked Mrs. Repetto to make her a shoe as comfortable as a ballet slipper that was suitable for every day! And that is where the ballerina flat trend came from.
